Ketogenie's Rules of Keto Feasting

  • When you eat, eat a meal 

  • Do not "snack" - no Keto-grazing 

  • Include lots of healthy oils, only:

    • Extra Virgin Olive Oil ​

    • Avocado Oil

    • Coconut Oil / MCT Oil

  • Fill your plate with organic, low glycemic vegetables​

  • Eat animal protein 1 - 2/week 

  • Eat SMASH fish as protein

  • You heal / lose weight when you are not eating, so no Keto-grazing!

  • No grains, sugar, dairy, lectins, nightshades - these cause inflammation!

  • Enjoy and savor your food!
